Fifty Eight

Showcasing research to reduce and prevent child labour in global supply chains

Fifty Eight, an organisation that partners with companies and individuals to improve working conditions in global supply chains, commissioned us to work on a website that would help to showcase the research and recommendations of PACE (Partnership Against Child Exploitation).

PACE were a driving force in preventing child labour by identifying key stages of global supply chains that negatively impact children. Now, it needed to present its findings in a clear, compelling way that readers could understand and engage with.

We created a consistent and striking style, impactful visuals and an animated tool that allowed users to digitally “intervene” in the supply chain and see the benefits and drawbacks of doing so. Our friends at GOOD PRAXIS, a socially aware digital studio in London, were brought on board to bring our designs to life in a cohesive and easy-to-use website.

“Noble Studio took a vast and complex set of mapping data and produced a site that enables users to see the issues at global, industry and local level in a format that is simple, accessible and engaging. The Noble team were a joy to work with, taking the time to come alongside our team to listen, define and refine the key deliverables of the project. We've had very positive feedback from our target audience who have remarked on how effectively Noble's design brings clarity to very complex information, enabling users to pinpoint the key areas for engagement.”
