Healthy Homes Partnership

Involving stakeholders in creating a recognisable identity and pledges for a new partnership.

As part of our wider work with Lambeth’s Housing Repair Service, we have been part of the creation and launch of the Healthy Homes Partnership. Through collaborative workshops with the stakeholders, a system of of pledges was chosen to encourage connection and communication between parties to improve the quality of homes for Lambeth residents. Through interactive community engagement workshops, what matters most to residents has fed into the commitments organisations are making - working to rebuild their trust.

“Noble’s approach to engagement with stakeholders is refreshing and they keep their promises when it comes to delivering the outputs requested on time.”

— Andy Cook, Healthy Homes Partnership Lead at Lambeth Council

Stakeholder Workshops

“They have provided a level of skill and expertise that the Council does not retain in terms of creative thinking and collateral production. I have found them very professional in their approach but equally really fun to work with.”

— Andy Cook,  Healthy Homes Partnership Lead at Lambeth Council

Resident Engagement

“Noble is helping the Council change the perception of the repairs and maintenance service using creative thinking and design. I believe this is quite unique amongst London Boroughs.”

— Andy Cook, Healthy Homes Partnership Lead at Lambeth Council
